If you’re looking for a polished technique that will be durable and withstand the test of time, consider embroidery. Embroidery is slightly raised on the material, and will feel textured.
Digital Direct
- All graphics format files available
- High-quality, smooth and consistent feel
- Optimal for detailed designs
Digital Direct is our most popular print method for a reason. Using inkjet technology, the printer directly applies the ink onto the product. This means the final result is a vibrant design that feels smooth to the touch.
Flex Printing
- Your design file must be in a vector format
- You can choose up to three colors per design
- Ideal for text and logos
The design is prepared on vinyl and then transferred to the product using heat. It feels slightly textured to the touch and is a preferred choice for logos.
Flock Printing
- Your design file must be in a vector format
- You can choose up to three colors per design
- Ideal for text and logos
Similar to Flex, Flock printing uses a velvety vinyl material and is then transferred to the product using heat. Flock printing is great for logos, it will be vibrant and softer to the touch than Flex.
Screen Printing
- Cost-effective
- Ideal for bulk orders
- Can be used on many products and materials
Screen printing is a widely used ink transfer technique. If you’re looking for a cost-effective solution for a bulk order, choose screen printing.
