Shipping policy

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the value of the items in your order, your shipping destination, and the shipping service level selected.

Please note that shipping fees do not include customs duties, tariffs, taxes, or carrier brokerage/handling fees that may be applied by the destination country or shipping carrier. These charges are outside of our control and are the responsibility of the customer. Carriers may collect these fees at delivery or bill them separately.

Shipping Timeframes

When calculating delivery times, please note that the day your order is shipped or picked up from our warehouse is not considered the first business day. Transit time begins on the first full business day the package is in transit.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and federal holidays.

Economy Shipping

Ships within 9 business days, arriving no later than the 10th business day after the order is placed.

Standard Shipping

Ships within 5 business days, arriving by the 6th business day after the order is placed.

Preferred Shipping

Ships within 3 business days, arriving by the 4th business day after the order is placed.

Expedited Shipping

Ships within 2 business days, arriving by the 3rd business day after the order is placed.

Express Shipping

Ships within 1 business day, arriving by the 2nd business day after the order is placed.

Additional Notes

• Orders shipping internationally, including to the United States, may be subject to customs duties, tariffs, taxes, or carrier processing fees, even if the order value is low.

• Items shipping directly from a vendor or artist, as well as backordered items, may require additional processing time. Any extended timelines will be clearly noted on the product page and during checkout before payment is completed.
